HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT
To make payment easier, we propose the following methods:
- Bank card
- International bank transfer
- Cash
1. Bank card
If you choose to pay by bank card, please click on "Paypal" when ordering on-line. You will be transferred to the site of Paypal where your payment will be safe and secured. To do so, please open an account or go to your registered account on Paypal. You will be debited in EUR. After this is completed, please return to www.ysanao.com to confirm and finalise your order.
2. International IBAN or SWIFT bank transfer
If you choose to pay by international bank transfer, please click on “Virement” (“bank transfer”) when ordering on-line. We accept inter-bank transfers in EUR. All bank charges are at your own expenses. Please use our bank details to do you transfer and state the order reference number, which you will find on the invoice, in the “communication” field.

3.Cash
If you choose to pay in cash, please click on "Cash" and "je viens chercher le bijou" (« I will collect the jewel”) when ordering on line. Please send the proposed form by email to make an appointment to collect your order and settle in cash. Your email is compulsory as it will confirm and finalise your order.

All shipments are made by registered post, so both parties rest assured of receipt.
For a package of less than 3 jewels:
Belgium: 7 Euros
Europe: 9 Euros
Rest of the World: 14 euros
For a package of 3 pieces of jewels or more :
Belgium : 10 Euros
Europe : 15 Euros
Rest of the World :19 Euros
